I don't know if this is help. Maybe just some more mystery. My grandma Red's mother was first married to a Vincen, and then to a Ragan/Reagan. I'm sorry but I have know further information, I am still looking.

I know my dad lived with his parents, the Red's, and the Ragan/Reagan grandparents when he was about 6 years old, in Wheeler Texas on the Black Farm (Black's were the owner of the farm) that they were renting, in 1924.
