I didn't find them in 1870. She gives her pob as Cross county AR on her pension papers, but I didn't find any Wheelers there in 1860.

Her name is given there as Nannie and is Nanie in the AR department of health index. You can order her death certificate online but since the "mother's name" field is blank I'm guessing it's not given. You never know though.
