Re: WILLIAM NORMAN RECORDS DEATH NOTICE

I am trying to track descendants of a William Norman Records. I think his parents were William R Records and Golda Campbell and he was born in Orange County, California 29 Nov 1926. The father of William R was William George born 1869 in Norfolk, England.
In 1989 William N Records wrote a letter to H.M.S Warrior (ship restoration in Portsmouth England) concerning my ancestor George Records. He was in Hemet California in 1989.
This death notice has a name and birth date that closely match the William N I am trying to find. I don't know why he would be in Illinois though.
Is there any information from the death notice - that would confirm the above?
Would a appreciate any help.
Marion
