Thanks much for the reply.I agree that this is likely the second marriage for Jeptha (1811).The dod for his wife is the clincher.
The marriage info comes from the Franklin County Ky GenWeb (transcriptions of microfilm from the Kentucky Department for Libraries and Archives), based on the Franklin County Marriage Books.
