Sarah Ream born Frederick Co, MD 1790
I am looking for any and all information on the ancestry of Sarah Ream, b. 7 Nov 1790 apparently in Frederick Co, MD and d. 31 Jan 1876 in Johnsville, Frederick Co, Maryland. She married Johannes (John) Morningstar (b. 27 Jun 1785 and d. 13 Aug 1868 in Frederick Co, MD) on 18 Aug 1809 in Frederick Co, MD.I have been told that there is Native American indian in the Morningstar family and that their grandson, Harry Calvin (b. 8 Mar 1871, son of Henry Clay b. 11 Jun 1833) was dark completed. When looking at a picture of Harry Calvin's only daughter, Mary Louise b. 2 Jan 1899, you see Native American features such as the high cheekbones. My research on Native Americans thus far has revealed the "Ream" last name in the Chickasaw tribe only.Further research leads to a belief that a George Ream was the only family in Frederick County according to the 1790 Federal Census.Since Sarah was born in 1790, I am wondering if he may have been her father.Any information you could share would be deeply appreciated. Thanks in advance.
