I am looking for info. on ROBERT B. 'BABE' Regan (there is different spellings). I have his father as ROBERT and mother is EMMA. This all we have.
We beleve he was marr. to 1. ADA MONROE, (no other info) He then married 2. SARAH ALICE WILLIAMSON, JONES, CASTEEL, REGAN.
We know he was a School Teacher in LaClede Co. Mo. After the log cabin school burned he donated the land for a new school where he taught. Him and Sarah lived in a little house by the school for several years.
ROBERT (b) July 25, 1860 La Clede Co. MO. and died Mar 29, 1945 Sleeper, La Clede Co. MO. SARAH Alice was (b) 11 nov 1879 Joplin, Jasper Co. MO. (d) nov 3 1959 Indepdence, Jackson Co. MO. they were (m) 12 Feb 1869 La Clede Co. MO.
On his death cert. it has 'married' but Sarahs name is not there. Any one know why??
They had no children. She had 6 children with Jasper Valentine CASTEEL. Sarah and Jasper are my husbands grand parents. The family remembers Robert but he was always known as 'BABE' I would like a Marr. Cert. for Robert and Sarah and a death cert. for SARAH
I would appreciate any info. on BABES family. will be glad share any info. I have.
