It might be more accurate to call it a "booklet" of about 20 pages. It was privately published in Milwaukee in 1951. I haven't been able to determine if Hugh is still living, or what the copyright status of the booklet is, so I hesitate to put it online. Please e-mail me privately and I will see if I can send you a scan of the page that mentions Richard.
If Richard was indeed a Tory, that would seem to argue against his having served in the Revolution (at least, on the American side).
