Thanks for your reply Joyce. I believe your grandmother may have shown me the book years ago. It consisted of 8 1/2" x 11" pages about 1/2" thick. I'm sure she told me where she got it but have not yet found where I wrote it down. Thought I would put the word out on the internet.
