Hi, Kenneth. I would be very interested in seeing what you have, especially if your Rea family lived in or around Toronto in the 1840s. My g-g-g-grandfather's daughter Nancy Rea was living in Toronto in 1845, as a single woman of 24 years of age. I have a hunch she was living with some Rea relatives in the area, but I've been unable to make the link to the several Rea families I've found living there at the time. Nancy was born at the Rea homestead in the Amberson Valley of Franklin County, Pennsylvania in 1819, to Robert Scott Rea and Eleanor Fegan. My theory is that some Rea cousins in Canada who were also originally from County Down, Northern Ireland (as my line was) may have been her hosts there.
