Your are more than likly talking about Elizabeth Rasor B. 12/8/1819 OH that married William H. Reynolds 1/6/1817 PA. Her father was John Rasor he was born in PA. William & Elizabeth with some of their children moved to Jay Co. IN. Are you from one of these children.
