I'm looking for any information on my GGGGrandfather, James Raymond. He was born between 1797-1810. His wife was Betsey Knight. I know nothing about who his parents were, or where he was actually born. I have 3 different census records saying he was born in Wisconsin, Vermont and New York!! I do know that he lived in Hebron, Washington County, NY and Caldwell, Warren County, NY.
My GGGrandfather is Joshua Raymond, his son born 1838. He lived in Warrensburg, Warren County, NY most of his life. He married Caroline Thomson circa 1850.
Any information or possible connections would be helpful.
