I am trying to find relatives and information on Dr. William Rawlinson who died in Homer Illinois August 2, 1888. He was married November 27, 1878 to Virginia West. He was born in South Carolina and we would like to know his origins. Did he serve in the Rebellion? What were his family origins?
The Homer (Illinois) Historical Society is preparing a book on the history of the town for next year.
