Thanks for the info. This is what I posted earlier to Christine Ballard:

Thanks for the time in taking an interest. I know little of the Rawlinsons I'm desperately trying to locate as this is not a part of my family.
John Walter Rawlinson was in Lincoln for an unknown time before his death 9th November 1921 and is/was listed as a Chemist at 344 High Street in Lincoln.
He ownd property in Bracebridge Heath, very close to Lincoln but died leaving his estate in trust but this is now 'discharged' or whatever it's called!) by 1962, by his two sons but I have a disticnt feeling that there are some lose ends. The problem is, these loose ends are causing major headaches in Bracebridge Heath! I presently know little more than:
Sons:
George Wlliam Harold Rawlinson:
## Hawkenbury Way, Lewes, Sussex.
Frederick Peel Rawlinson:
## Charminster Road, Bournemouth.
(Interestingly, a 'D Rawlinson' is shown in an internet telephone directory at the same address but, despite calling, no reply - the info on the internet cannot be that old?)
That is all I know but any further info leading to this person, his sons/daughters or decendants would be very much appreciated.

Points from your posting:
Swineshead - As Rawlinsons are fairly thin on the ground in lincolnshire, a connection may be possible.
Beck Budge - Could this be Bracebridge Heath?
Age(S) - No info known.
The House - could you try and describe the house and/or it's surroundings to me and when have you seen it?
Thanks for the posting,
Christine
