John Walter Rawlinson - Lincoln, UK (d 1921)

I have recently purchased a house very close to Lincoln, UK that was formerly owned by John Walter Rawlinson (Deceased 1921). He had two named sons that became the eventual trustees of his will. These sons were called: George William Harold Rawlinson and Fredrick Peel Rawlinson.

When looking into the history of this house I came across something which I believe would be of interest to these sons (or their beneficiaries should they now be deceased).
