I have a Godfrey Ratts b.July 29,1791 Rowan Co. NC. d.July 9,1854 Washington Co. IN. Son of Henry T. Ratts and Barbara Winkler.

Godfrey married Mararet Maley December 01,1809 in Rowna Co. NC.

The only child I know that they had was my GGgrandmother. Elizabeth.
Elizabeth was born 1829 in Washington Co. IN.
She married George Naugle December 25,1847 in Washington Co. IN.

Godfrey and Margaret probably had more children other than Elizabeth but I haven't been able to find who they were.

I have more info on the Ratz family back to Philip Heinrich Ratz and Anna Catharina Georg.
