Bessie Christina (Fickes) Rattray - West Virginia and Los Angeles

Can anybody help me identify the husband of Bessie Christina Fickes, whose married name was Rattray? Bessie was born October 4, 1884 in West Virginia (probably Hancock County) and died September 22, 1984 in Los Angeles, less than two weeks shy of her hundredth birthday.

Bessie's parents are either Riley (or Rawley) Fickes and Emma Micklish, or William J. Fickes and Christina Micklish. (I can't tell for sure because Riley and William are brothers, and Christina and Emma are sisters.)

I do not know the name of Bessie's husband.
