I am writing a monograph on Parkhead in 1881. I want to supplement the demographic aspects of that study with profiles of significant people of the district at that time. The Rev. Alexander Rattray is obviously one such person. (he was minister to the local church, known universally as "Rattray's Church" from 1853 to 1904.)
I would appreciate any information you may be able to share with me.
