Family of Robert Rattray (Widow Sarah Barnes, Son John and Daughter Sarah) immigrated to Ontario, Canada.
John b. Dec. 3, 1887 was a miner in Wishaw and left Scotland around 1912 and lived in Toronto, Ontario as a bricklayer. He married Charlotte Garret Millar b. Feb. 4, 1887 on October 5, 1906 and they had 3 children Helen, Charlotte and John. Robert had a son Robert Jr. b. 1894 and d. Dec. 2, 1917 while serving in the Highland Light Infantry and is buried in Belgium.
John and Charlotte moved to London, Ontario where John worked for the London Street Railway for 39 years. He died in 1958 and still has family living in London and area.
