With the help of a number of cousins in Canada, I have a large file on the New Brunswick branch of the family. I think I may have your Eliza Ann.

We have Elizabeth Ann Rathburn who was born about 1859 in the Hampstead area of New Brunswich. We have her in the 1881 census but nothing further. Could this be your Eliza Ann? This Elizabeth is the daughter of John Solding Rathburn and his wife, Elzabeth Ann Brown. I have the lineage back to Block Island Rhode Island and then to England.
