I know of NO Rathbuns Rathbones or Rathburns who were loyalist and settled in Nova Scotia. The Nova Scotia lines went to Nova Scotia earlier when the Acadians were expelled from that area. 1758-1760 time period. There is one line in New Brunswick, Canada who are Rathburns descended from a Loyalist from Rhode Island.
