1st generation
John RATHBUN m. Margaret ACRES of England [UK].
2nd generation
John RATHBONE m. 1723 Ann DODGE of Block Island, RI [Rhode Island].
3rd generation
Mercy RATHBONE m. 1706 Jonathan BURCH in CT [Connecticut], etc.
