I am looking for information on the parents of Thomas Maurice Ratcliffe b.11 Aug 1829, Charles Co., MD d.21 Jan 1899, King George Co., VA. Thomas married Susan America Milstead, also of Charles Co., MD. This couple had nine children.
Thomas is listed in the Charles Co. census, at age 22, living with a Thomas, 88, and Middleton, 17. The elder is likely the father of Thomas and Middleton. I have no other information on this family.
