My great grandfather's (Charles Frederich Weigandt)mother was Anna Marie Rohrig. She was born in Obersinn, Bavaria in 1787, so your Andrew is either a cousin and probably not a brother as they were born in the same year. Anna Marie's brother, Andrew, was born in Munden, Hannover, and that is where he died. He left several children: Carolina and Eduard, who died when a young man. Anna Marie's parents were: John Adam Rohrig and Elisabeth Freund, who was from Schluchtern, Bavaria. I wish I had better news for you,but this is all I have on that specific person.
