1725 The Book of Abramelin-First German Edition-Value?

Hi there-New to the forum-
I currently have a book I purchased at a local estate sale:
I believe and have been told this is a Editio Princeps- I had purchased this from an estate sale in Upstate NY-I found it intriguing because of the title page that someone has transcribed from the old script: I am not sure how much this is worth-I had guessed at several hundred dollars-but was told to take it to a auction house: can you tell me anything about it? It also appears that someone used it-there are pieces of black wax and some pieces of several black wax with cross indentations in them on separate paper- that appears old- thank you I have posted in several forums with different values-however since this a rare book forum--someone might know how many are in existence etc...emails welcome!
