Your post was interesting. I have a Catherine A Carroll (Finan) who married for the second time to a John E. Rapp in Evansville, IN. But they lived for a period of time in Henderson County, KY. They had two children Adeline commonly called Delia and James E. This John E was born 1853 I believe. Don't know where. Given the area there could be a connection.
