Hello Raper Family Researchers,
I am looking for further information on the Albemarle, NC Raper line from about 1808 and earlier. Anything you can share would be appreciated. Were these Raper's Quakers? Any knowledge of land plots, where they lived and documents I'd be excited to see!
Does anyone have specific information on Samual Raper, child of Cornelius and Nancy Weeks? Did Samual move West to Indiana or Illinois along with sister Fanny? Any specific research on this line to present day? Anybody from this line into DNA?
I am a descendent of a Robert Raper (b. abt 1808) who may have been Samuel's brother, from Pasquotank County and would like to look up this line of the family.
