Cicero J. Wrape was my great grandfather. He had five children, one of whom was my grandmother (Viola Wrape Grimsley). One of his sons (R.V) spelled his last name rape. Cicero could not read or write so we believe his name was something else. I have a picture of him, his wife (Annie Jo Persons)and children. The strange thing is we have had a hard time finding any information on him (absolutely nothing). I have his date of birth and other information on him at home but will do a follow up this afternoon. I think he was born around 1864. My grandmother's information said he was born in Tennessee but her brother said he was born in George.
