Hi Kristin: No Elizabeth was not John's daughter.....but as of now we are not sure but there may possibly be a link between the two...brother/ cousin???? We do know for sure that Stephen, Michael, Elizabeth and Mary were all siblings from the same family and are desperately searching for the parents of these four and for other siblings. The family was supposely to have originated in Penn>N.J.> N.Y.> Ontario. Have found Elizabeth's marriage to George Rancier in Schohaire N.Y. in 1776. At that time the Coon surname was spelled CUN on the marriage certificate.
