My granddaughter is looking through a drawer of odds and ends and just found a small book which I must have found somewhere. It is about 3" x 5" and only has a few pages. It is called a "Member's Receipt Book" and the next line states "Improved Order Heptasephs" (I have no idea what that is!) It is the property of Ira L. Ramsey of Blue Ridge Conclave, #390, Hagerstown, MD. The only name in the book is Geo Roessner with dates and other numgers.
I do no have a need for the book and would like to give it to a member of this man's family. I hope someone recognizes this man.
