The arrangement below is in alphabetical order with the place of baptism given in the footnotes. The congregation referred to was the old Craig parish in which was included both Stone and Tinkling Spring Meeting Houses." P. 480, same source: "JOHN RAMSEY James........8 Dec 1745...(2)...In the congregation John........31 May 1747...(2)...In the congregation) Alexander...16 Apr 1749...(2)...In the congregation)" As I stated in my previous post, these children were sons of JOHN Ramsey (as stated in "Tinkling Spring"), NOT a James Ramsey as you stated.
