I was so glad to read your message, I periodically try to find Cecil but never thought to look in NZ, although I should have considering the family's tendency to move to foreign lands.
Frederick Wollaston was my g-grandfather and I have been researching this family for several years, there are not many actual family members doing much searching.
I would love to know more of what happened to Cecil, I think he married someone named Eve. I have found a lot about Henry Oakes and his family but never came across use of the name Penlington in England. I am also intrigued by the Sir title you used for Frederick's brother Thomas 1831.
I have my tree on Ancestry as (of course) the Ramsden family tree. I am not a member of Genes Reunited but I will see if I can look at your tree.
I would be very happy to share whatever I know about our family and learn what you have found.
Jo Ramsden Bresko
