It was a pleasure hearing from you. My wife has a Ramsden Family tree going back several hundred years. It would be interesting to see whether it concurs with your research.
I can scan and e-mail it to you if you are interested. Would you be interested in sharing your version with us?

Regarding the Cuban branch. I know that some of the children of Fredrick Wollaston Ramsden and Susana de la Torre left Cuba for various parts of the world. I know that my wife's grandmother (Emma)and great aunt (Isobel, Emma's sister)remained in Cuba, had families then came to the US after the comunist regime took power.

Was your father, Lorenzo, born in Cuba? Would you mind telling us whom he married? Where do you reside now?

From what I gather, you and my wife are second cousins and you both share one set of great-grandparents. Does this sound right?
