There are lots of us - my particular branch of the Ramsden family moved here in 1641 and are still very much here today (but the "N" got changed to an "LL" at around 1675)! There were two main groups - one settled in Lynn, Mass. and the other in Plymouth. They're probably not directly related to each other. Ross V. Andrews has a great website detailing both branches.
