Mr. Saenz:
Our family was declared heirs in the Pedro Longoria case in February 2007. We've heard nothing else since the declaration hearing.
I have recently read articles where other groups have been declared heirs as well. This one was in Laredo last month:

Groups of people are being declared and then we hear nothing from the attorney or representatives and we are waiting for a response as to how to proceed.
