Hello Cheryl, had to nose around and see what you were talking about. I checked the LDS records and they do have information posted on on Lydia Crooks family; appears to be correct. Decided to check out the posting on ancestry and found that James supposedly died in Henry Co., IN. With that I checked the census record for 1830 Henry Co and much to my surprise found James living there and also four of his sons; Andrew, James, Richard and Thomas.
According to this census;
Andrew was born 1800-1810
James was born 1800-1810
Richard was born 1810-1815
Thomas was born 1790-1800
James the father being born 1760-1770
On further inspection, after going to the next page of the census; I find Ebenezar Ralston born 1730-1740 with a female companion in the household born 1760-1770. No idea as to whether this is a wife or a daughter, etc.
Checking further census record; I found that the son Andrew Ralston is still living in Harrison Twp., Henry Co., IN in 1850 census with his wife Amelia; they were both born in 1803 in KY.
Their children are:
William R. Ralston age 17 PA
Benjamin Ralston age 15 PA
George W. Ralston age 13 PA
Cynthia A Ralston age 11 PA
Lydia Ralston age 9 PA

I assume that the information that I have posted here is correct but feel free to prove this yourself. Helen
