Me again. It was buggin' me, so I finally managed to hunt down an URL. The one I wanted to find doesn't exist any longer (I dug through some old bookmark files), and that's too bad, it had the whole story. I'm going to continue to look however, because the old story in the family is that Sir Wally is an ancestor. It should be noted that somewhere along the line I found a page that showed Walter Jr. (who was the only other child that Walter Sr and Elizabeth had that managed to live to grow up, but got killed in action off Cadiz at 21) had married and he and his wife had one child. The only reason anyone would have that info is because it was either a side line, or they were descended from that child?
