1784 Tax List, Book Form,CR 100.701.1 shows Thomas,but Microfilm C 100.70001 shows William, probably an error in Book Form, CR 100.701.1 ! Thomas found in no other Warren County Records as to date. John Sr.,James, and John Jr. lived some 50-60 miles south of this area and had departed west to Surry County, N.C. by 1771-72 !
