James Rainwater/Charity Fowler - N.C. and Tenn.

My grandfather told my mom that his grandmother was Indian or part Indian, His grandmother was Charity Fowler Rainwater B 1780 D 1850, she was married to James Rainwater B 1776 D 1841. Does anyone know anything about Charity. Could this be the grandmother with Indian blood?? Thank-you, Shawn
