I think he might be one of my great grandparents. We know him as William Rainey, his son was George Rainey, his son was Perry Rainey Sr. his son was Perry Rainey Jr. his son was me..David Rainey.
They lived in KY and move to Southern MO, around the Appleton City area. I have some other history if it would be of any help.
Hope this is the person in question.
