In the late 1800s three Rainey brothers married three Benton sisters. The girls Mother was Dira Dammar (Jenkins) Benton. Who was the daughter of John Jack Jenkins Jr. and Lucenda (Hopkins) Jenkins of Warrick County, Indiana. I can trace the Jenkins family back to 1725 in Virgina.There is another group of Jenkins's in Pike & Gibson Counties in Indiana. I need to know if there is any connection to the two groups.
