Hi, I'm hoping someone can help me as I have new information on Blanche Raines. On July 26th, 1919, Blanche m. Richard A. Kunze, Blanche was born in Boston. In the 1900, 1910 and 1930 census Blanche is living with her parents Reuben Raines born Pouch Cove and Fanny Gillett born Exploits. In the 1920 census, Blanche is using the name Kunze, but by 1930, she is back living with her parents and she is using her maiden surname of Raines. Her SS# was issued in Rhode Island, then it mentions "Death Residence, Providence, Providence, R.I." - but under death benefits it states: Bourne, Buzzards Bay, Onset, and Sagamore Beach, all in Barnstable, Mass. I'm wondering did she actually die in R.I., or was her last place of residence when she died Sagamore Beach, Barnstable, Mass. It seems that Blanche reverted to her maiden surname sometime between her marriage in 1919 and the 1930 census when she has reverted to Blanche Raines and is apparently back living with her parents. Any help is appreciated....Dee
