Gretchen did not now when she posted you a message but she is your cousin. So am I but further removed. I have been corresponding with Gretchen and helping her to discern family origins from her ancestor Joel. Her Joel and you Alfred were brothers. I woul love to know more about Alfred's family. I am a direct descendant of the Sampson County, NC Raynors from where your family originated. My father and his family grew up in Sampson County on the land where your Alfred was born.
