Dear Sabastian,
Hoping you received my last email. I am very interested to know when the Montevago dinner will be held. If it would be possible, my sister and I would like to attend. We have spent most of our lives having little family history and are very anxious to meet with anyone who might be able to help us find our roots! We have contacted Raimondos in Pa but they are elderly and not well and seem reluctant to talk about old times. Anything about the DiGiovannas would be great findings. Not only our grandmother, Anna but our grandfather, Giuseppe Raimondo's mother was also a DiGiovanna, her name was Cologera.
No one living knows if these two were related
or anything about Anna's family accept she did have a sister and her parents were Baldassare DiGiovanna and Laurentia Valente.Do any of those names sound familar?I hope you are as interested in finding out some of these answers as we! Hoping to hear from you soon. Ciao, Rosalie, a nice Italian Name!
