My great Uncle James Lee Railey (Raley) was born in 1871 close to Choudrant, La. in the New Hope Community. He was a minister and a teacher. He is listed in the La. Baptist College as J. L. Railey, B. A. Academy Instructor 1908-1915, Dean of the Academy 1913-15.He went on to Brown University and was a member of the faculty of Mississippi College and Mercer University. He was in Atlanta, Ga. in 1943 when his father's property was sold. His parents were Eli Railey and Mary Elizabeth Hammons Railey. My family does not know where he is buried, he never married that we know of. Has anyone foound a grave site for him. Please help if you know where he is buried. Thank you. Linda497@webtv.net
