To clarify for other researchers: Vicki's Sarah was NOT the daughter of Benjamin M. Raley and Martha Lindsey, my great-great grandparents. Ben and Martha did have a daughter named Sarah who never married, but had three children. To my knowledge, she lived in Washington County, Florida from about 1853 until her death. She never lived in south Alabama, where Vicki Hunter's Sarah lived. Or, at least, I know that she is in every census in Washington County, Florida from 1860 through 1920. Wilburn King Raley was her child as were Mary Elizabeth and Julia. This Sarah died in 1922 in Walton County, Florida (I have a copy of her death certificate.) Vicki's Sarah was still living in 1930 in the home of one of her granddaughters in Houston County, Alabama.
