Angela,
I have a record from the 1880 Federal Census Mortality Schedule - Meriwether County GA that lists Frances Moody, age 30, died in Aug 1880 from Peritonitis. I assume this was our Frances. I have corresponded with Toni Parks and Flora Cramer on the family history also. We're working some of the bumps out together. I have Geraldine Lomond's info on L.B. Hill & Americus. Mother mentioned something that Viola was adopted, but didn't know anything more. She also said that she thought she was native american. Any insight there?
