I have been searching for any information on the background of the name Rayhill. In the early 1700's two brothers, Matthew and Samuel Rayhill left County Antrim, Irland and landed in Virginia. There is a very large gap from the time. I am wondering if the spelling of my name was changed from Rahilly or if it is just a different name all together. If anyone could help me with this information, I would appreciate it. Thanks!
