Ellen, My great grandfather migrated from Ireland to Australia in the middle of the nineteenth century. His two sisters Margaret and Ellen came out earlier and retained the family name - RAHILLY. My great grandfather DENNIS was baptised in Newmarket, County Cork as DENNIS RAHILLY the son of JOHN RAHILLY AND Ellen RAHILLY [ Nee HOURIGAN].The brothers in Australia appear to have had diffferent surname spellings - REILLY, RILEY and perhaps RAHILLY.
