Anyway, Madison came from a family bible whose transcription was originally published in the Kentucky Genealogist.
Here's the info:
Rager Family Bible, Stereotyped in 1829 by E & J White for the American Bible Society. Bible in possession of Mrs. Hurie Willis, General Delivery, Elkton KY. 42220.
Published in The Kentucky Genealogist April 1982. Note: Mrs Willis is now deceased, bible must have moved on to her children.
