I was reviewing the info we had for John M. Ragan this morning and noticed that He was a servant for William Briard at Madison, WI in 1860, a married farmer at Milford, Steward Co., NE in 1870, at Denver, Adams Co., NE in 1880 and at West Blue Adams Co., NE in 1900 & 1910. Both he & Josephine were living at Hastings, NE in 1920. He was a member of G>A>R. Post # 13 Nebraska & filed for pension 7 Jul 1885. He d. 31 Jan 1923, & is buried at Greenwood Cemetery, Turnbull, Adams Co., NE.

How sure are you of your info for the John Ragan you mentioned. Marcia.
